大和旅社（原名「大和ホテル」）建於1939年日治時期，位於屏東車站前黑金町，由澎湖移民陳量創辦，是當時站前唯一旅社，見證屏東交通與商業繁華。

建築為三層樓鋼筋混凝土結構，轉角圓弧造型、黃褐色面磚立面、西洋柱式入口，以及全棟多達256扇窗（因應早期電力不足與炎熱氣候），展現昭和時期流行的和洋混合風格。

戰後更名「大成旅社」經營至1999年，後長期出租給食品業（如元祖麻糬），外觀被廣告看板遮蔽，淪為「隱形廢墟」。

🕰️ 軼聞與轉折

少年設計師之謎： 官方記載建築師為陳量長子陳仁和，但興建時他僅15-17歲，真實設計者可能另有其人，成為歷史懸案。

高級旅社的黃金年代： 日治時期電話號碼「261番」，21間房每晚索費1.5圓（等同教師月薪1/32），主要接待商人與軍官，一樓設冰果室與撞球間，為屏東社交地標。

戰火印記： 二戰期間曾駐紮軍人，戰後舊館（慈鳳宮前原址）遭美軍炸毀，新館倖存但產權被鍾家收回，更名後續營。

☕️ 現況：老建築的文藝復興

修復與活化： 2011年由屏東女婿許源順整合產權，私人出資修復，2014年登錄歷史建築，為屏東首例私人修復文資案。修復團隊保留磨石子樓梯、磚牆立面和屋頂木結構，並邀建築師曾志偉設計，以「減法美學」融合新舊元素。

驛前大和咖啡館： 一樓於2020年啟用，特色包括： 三和瓦窯老磚鋪地、斑駁天花板保留歲月痕跡。 使用香蕉纖維燈罩與壓花玻璃吊燈（真真設計）。 提供屏東莊園精品咖啡（如浦姜花蜜拿鐵）及甜點。

未來旅社計畫： 二、三樓預計恢復旅宿功能，縮減為14間客房與背包客床位，保留原格局並增設衛浴，2025年將正式營運。
