📍春屋日式料理｜南投埔里北平街160號之一

有時候在旅程中，不是每一餐都要吃得浮誇或拍照打卡，反而這樣一間貼近生活、溫暖樸實的小店，才最讓人懷念。

位在埔里北平街的「春屋日式料理」是一間平價小店，主打日式家庭風味，沒有太多裝潢，卻有一種像家一樣的安心感。店面雖不大，但乾淨整潔，菜單選擇也不少，價格親切，是在地人與旅人都會光顧的好地方。

這次點了蛋包飯和鮭魚炒飯，雖然看起來簡單，但用料實在、口味不馬虎。蛋包飯的蛋皮滑嫩，包覆著鹹香的炒飯，每一口都讓人覺得熟悉又滿足。鮭魚炒飯炒得粒粒分明，帶點淡淡的焦香與海味，整體很有層次感。

另外必點的還有蟹蛋沙拉！冷盤的處理很清爽，蟹肉棒和蛋的比例剛好，加上沙拉醬，入口冰涼滑順，非常適合夏天。
