從小吃到大的小吃餐廳， 沙茶口味牛肉麵， 已經奠定我對牛肉麵「基本」的印象， 記憶中永遠一大缸的泡菜， 穿著洞洞衣煮食物的老闆， 旁邊顧客吃著臉盆大的牛肉麵… 是我對這間店回憶。

雖然我現在已經離開這座小鎮， 但每年掃墓時候來光顧，已成了習慣。 經歷媽媽離世、家庭變異… 回到這裡，當一碗溫熱的牛肉麵上桌， 夾起一塊牛肉，咬下肉塊， 咀嚼嘴裡回傳的口感味道， 就會拉回到很小的時候， 全家人一起在這裡吃飯打鬧的畫面。

1.份量真的太大碗 建議點小碗即可

2.兩人的話，建議中碗

3.可能是埔里特定口味，加了很多沙茶醬，反而失去牛肉湯的原味，對於南部的我們，比較不愛。
