Best meal we had in Qingjing! We had the sturgeon (cooked three ways, soup, fish body steamed and 三杯) and the fish was perfectly cooked. The local fav, chicken, is tender with crispy skin, this is the 3rd chicken we have tried and this is the best! The 菜谱蛋 fried egg is not oily and the 菜谱 tastes so fresh and just the right amt of saltiness. The grilled shoulder pork eaten together with the vegetable salad bed is refreshing. Great views, clean, one staff speaks some Cantonese. Chicken has good smokey taste & smell, the chicken juice is good with rice. 3 cup fish dish is very good. Our 4-6 person set was more than enough for our 4 persons. They didn't include desserts. Warm water with slight lemon (?) Taste....
