原鄉土雞城 — Restaurant in Sandimen

I recently visited a restaurant that specializes in roasted chicken. While the chicken itself was delicious, I found the skin to be a bit too salty for my taste.

My family ordered a variety of other dishes, including mushroom soup and fried chicken, which were all quite good.

The restaurant has a semi-outdoor seating area with a great view, which makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, it gets dark at night, so the view is not as impressive.

Overall, I think this restaurant is a good option for group dinners.

This is my third or fourth time to have a dinner here. This place is quite good for roasted chicken (whole one chicken). Better to make a call for reservation or ordering the roasted chicken in advance. 內附菜單 這餐吃下來所有人都只顧著一直埋頭吃，一道接著一道上來的美味料理，嘴裡認真吃著也不忘邊稱讚「好吃太好吃」。

這家現烤的桶仔雞比起那些知名的要好吃太多了，更別說他們家的熱炒也是更勝一籌，整體來說餐點無可挑剔，美景無限美好，停車方便用餐環境佳。

但是夏天來可能會熱喔~所以建議秋冬來比較合適。

🥢桶仔雞 $680 這隻雞一上桌正個噴香噴香的耶!!!!!!現烤的就是不一樣，趕緊先來塊皮，我的媽呀!!!!!!這也太酥了吧~完全是餅乾一般的酥脆口感太好吃啦😋😋😋調味的恰到好處，整隻雞肉帶著美味汁水，完全沒有乾柴的部位；單吃就很美味沾點雞油更加油潤鮮香👍👍👍

放置在烤雞下方一起烘烤的杏鮑菇、香菇、雞雜，醬香味十足非常油潤鮮香的配菜，比較鹹口一些搭配白飯吃剛剛好。

🥢薑爆山豬肉 $320 切成薄片的山豬肉，吃起來非常脆口一點也不會強韌難咬，重點配料的老薑片，用心乾煸成捲邊薄片，去掉辛辣感留下醇厚的香氣，沙茶與醬油快炒入味，山豬肉與薑片搭配著吃加上九層塔提升香氣層次堪稱完美組合。

🥢鳳梨蝦球 $350 女兒必點的一道菜，她吃上一口之後，直呼!!!!這是她吃過最好吃的鳳梨蝦球😍😍😍，我們5個人吃過之後讚不絕口，主要是這個蝦球的外皮，那層薄薄顆粒狀裹粉，炸得非常酥脆之外，裡面的蝦仁新鮮彈牙一點也沒有炸老，外面裹著微微酸甜調味過的沙拉醬，一點也不會膩口還非常清爽呢!!!!
