家鄉越南美食 — Restaurant in Shilin District

Seriously, I don't usually give reviews, but this restaurant is a joke. Throughout my 30+ years of having Vietnamese Coffee, this is the first time a restaurant has the audacity to use 3-1 mixed coffee! I told the Philippine/Indonesian waitress/cook that I don't want it any more, she told me she doesn't understand Chinese. And she is extremely rude. Workers are Vietnamese and the flavor for the dishes I ordered were pretty good. The chicken over rice seems more Taiwanese style (deep fried), the beef in beef stew over rice was deliciously tender, and the spring rolls were crisp. They have more selections than some of the other local vietnamese restaurants. Overall, a nice hole...

再次回訪，意外於整體素質下降這麼多，之後完全不會想再來了……。@@

一進門，就有一隻紅貴賓大聲汪汪叫個不停，讓人感覺很不好。餐桌上有一隻蒼蠅。更忌諱的是，廚房的料理人員完全都沒戴口罩，疫情期間實在很讓人難以接受。

點選之前覺得還不錯的茄汁牛腩河粉，結果這次吃，不但沒有茄汁，還整個辣到不行，不能吃辣的人千萬不要點！❌沒幾塊牛肉，甚至還把一整塊完全沒切斷的筋也塞進客人的碗內（如圖），根本沒辦法吃，實在是讓人傻眼。
