I came in here last week for respite from the rain storm, and I was definitely in the mood for a hot soup. Sanuki is a local joint, and it does provide a good bowl of udon for the price. It's conveniently accessible from two MRT lines so you don't have to find parking. The udon noodles are not handmade, but that's not a deal breaker. The noodles were cooked to my liking, offering enough bite and spring, while still being able to absorb the broth. The broth was hearty and rich, with the right amount of saltiness.
