I ordered americano with milk aside with at least 5 mins waiting. Then, I got no milk aside. When I asked another waiter for the milk, she told me there would be extra NTD20 requires. Even I told her it’s fine to add the 20, I still waited and waited. And finally I got my milk after I asked the 3rd waiter again. Btw, there’s no fork in the utensil basket on the table. Both of our hot beverages came out luke warm, and was still only marginally warmer when they tried to make the coffees again. We ordered 2 chicken dishes which were served half cooked, and made me sick for a few hours afterwards. The inexperienced staff avoided coming to us when we were trying to point out the problem, it took us several minutes to wave one of them down when the place was only 20% occupied....
