Came for a quick pick me up, was convinced to stay by the wonderful atmosphere from the covered patio on a sunny day and warm, friendly service.

I tried their single origin blend latte which came in a slightly smaller cup and had a very light fresh flavor with a slight astringent taste that lasts only briefly. Delicious, but I wish I could have gotten a double portion to enjoy it further! Curious how it tastes compared to the other cheaper option, and curious to eventually try their specialty drip black coffee.

Perfect lemon pound cake, great cafe music, wonderfully friendly service! Didn't quite see where to sit inside though aside from a bar area, outside...

Went to the store to get a bag of beans. Saw a “buy one get one free” sign. I asked the owner about it (Japanese man of average height) and he confirmed this - “yes buy one bag get one bag free.”

When getting rung up at the register an employee told me no it’s but a bag of coffee get one bag. I looked at the owner and he repeated yes - it’s buy one bag get a cup, without an ounce of remorse.

I had an Alisen coffee and scone take away. The coffee was really great but it costs AU15 (TWD300) !!!! However, Its really really GOOD coffee but I dont think I would get another there soon.It handmade scone was AU4 (TWD80). Scone price is quite similar with what I have in Melbourne also quite good quality as well. Overall, it definitely have to try Alisen coffee once a life but be prepared as not...

A cafe located in a residential area in Tianmu, it’s close to Mt Yangming. A third wave cafe with Taiwan made coffee beans, depending who is serving they will let you know the farmer, location and the story of the coffee bean. The owners used to be a Japanese couple, but seems like that they hand it over to Taiwanese owners now. Nevertheless highly recommend to give it a try, if you are close by.
