A café is meant to be a place to relax and chill. It should be a place to enjoy hot beverages while reading a book. My experience today met none of those criterion. First off, the woman at the counter was rude: chatting loudly with her coworkers, slamming my drink on the counter, rolling her eyes when I asked for the WiFi password. Second of all, the place overall was overwhelming with all the chattering customers. It was overly hard to concentrate on reading when I hear moms yelling at their children to finish their homework. Third of all, the beverages are mediocre at best. In fact, the matcha coffee was basically inedible. Worst experience ever. Trying the coffee...
Read moreThe guy working at the cashier had no knowledge of the coffee sold there. He seemed reluctant to offer any kind of assistance. The attitude was complete indifference which is very typical in Taiwan. We went on a Monday night which was quiet and not busy at all.
The coffee i got tasted watery. Too much water had been added. I asked for minimal ice... but the tag on the coffee had "medium ice". I had to remove all the ice from my coffee.
There are so many coffee shops in Taipei that offer a much better product and service. Avoid this one.
