The noodles are quite salty and I asked for help on how to work around too salty and 30% un-ccoked ramen. however, the worst experience is the Store Manager in this Ramen store is Tien-Mu store. His attitude and slow response are very un-pleasant. I asked for customer feedback forms on the 1st floor, but no reply from waitress. After a while, I ask for Manager, there is still no reply. Then I went upstairs to look for Store Manager, but he still trying not to be identified at 1st. i told THEM I must talk to the manager, so finally he had to come upfront....... Great ramen restaurant with really good flavorful broth and probably the most special taste. The pesto ramen with cheese and bacon combined with pork belly is spectacular. They have mushroom and bean sprout appetizers that are great and the karaage chicken is good and crispy paired with mayo for a great chicken dish to share. The restaurant is a chain with several dotted around, their restaurants in Tianmu and Xinyi are my favorites. You can’t reserve seating so come and be prepared to queue. Best ramen in tian mu I dare say! I had the limited edition Thai coconut ramen which is spicy but very flavorful. Partner had the original pork ramen. The original was better and definitely deserving of its awards.
I def recommend getting the extra pork belly on the side.
Ambience is great. Feels like I’m in a bustling ramen shop in Tokyo.
