His attitude and slow response are very un-pleasant. I asked for customer feedback forms on the 1st floor, but no reply from waitress. After a while, I ask for Manager, there is still no reply. They have mushroom and bean sprout appetizers that are great and the karaage chicken is good and crispy paired with mayo for a great chicken dish to share. I def recommend getting the extra pork belly on the side.
