A very local noodle restaurant in Shuili. I visited here on the way to Sun Moon Lake. It was still before noon but filled with neighbors. Their noodle had a lot of Intestines. These Intestines gave soup umami a lot. A very local mountain taste with pork and vegi. I loved it. Noodle is Yee Mee (yellow egg noodle) style. Also, restaurant family were very warm and kind. I was so glad to visit here.

好久沒來水里，今天吃阿聰師，他們的招牌照片很好認出是老闆跟闆娘。星期日中午來，裡面都坐滿了，老闆很忙一直說沒位置了，要等很久喔！我就跟旅客介紹其他街上的麵店，免得來水里一遊失望了😄。

老闆看到我在拍照📷，也很樂意讓我拍照攝影📸。這裡的招牌是什錦麵🍜跟炒飯🥢，客人多時，老闆會跟你說叫跟前面一樣比較快，什錦麵的料事先一碗碗裝好冰著，再拿出來一起煮，料多湯汁口味鮮甜可口😋。

1、炒龍鬚菜🥬，青脆可口。 2、香炸肥腸4小條，肥腸飽滿，青蔥新鮮，炸好色香味俱全。3、客家小炒材料豆干，肉絲，魷魚新鮮都是現炒，醬汁有點甜甜的好吃。 4、梅乾炸鮮魚，新鮮的黃魚炸酥酥的，再加上水里特產梅汁，非常下飯。 4、戀愛苦瓜，名字取的很好，白色苦瓜清炒後加上梅乾梅汁，就是酸酸甜甜苦苦戀愛的感覺。

今天的菜都是兩人份量，價格划算，下次大家來水里，...
