台客燒肉粥 is a Michelin bib restaurant in Taizhong. Michelin bib is an affordable range of great food. They serve authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Their food is worth the visit. You must try the pork and sausage! Other food such as omelette and porridge is excellent also. 1. Come early or else you will have to take a queue number 2. Await your queue number to be called 3. Order your food at the cashier, and food will arrive shortly The staff is amicable and can recommend you food. Parking space is available opposite the department store.

Variety and delicious food. I recommend deep fried BBQ pork, chopped pork belly rice, and duck blood soup. Chopped pork belly rice, here is not too salt and sweet to eat, and they used the pork belly part to cook so it is not too dry and very tasty for me. The duck’s blood soup isn’t spicy as its look, even if it’s red in color but its taste mild, and not make your tongue numbing but you may sweating.

必比登推薦美食 1.於2020年榮獲米其林必比登推薦，是在台中數家推薦名單中，我覺得最值得品嘗的。若有外國的朋友來台灣玩，我覺得也是非常具有台灣味的傳統小吃，值得一品。 2.店面雖說看起來很大，但實際上座位的數量也不多，導致用餐尖峰時刻常常一位難求。 3.一大半的位置是設立於人行道上的，這點我覺得真的無法接受，旁邊是車潮洶湧的五權西路，客人數一多許多經過的人只能被迫走到車道上，十分危險，再加上違停狀況嚴重，導致用餐時段此處的交通十分混亂，也不見店家有疏導...... 4.復古的裝潢，懷舊的古早味，最具代表性的台灣小吃。除了餐點內容懷舊外，連吃飯的方式其實也挺像的，與台灣人最熟悉的板桌似曾相似，看似簡單的一頓飯，其實蘊含了許多台灣這座寶島的精華。 5.眾多餐點之中，最令人驚豔的一道菜為炸皮蛋，炸得十分酥脆，與原先的Q彈口感八竿子打不著，卻又富含皮蛋的香味...... 6.綜合拼盤在我心中的地位亦不亞於炸皮蛋，他也是該店的知名招牌之一。家喻戶曉的香腸、酥脆有佳的燒肉、軟糯Q彈的米長，雖都是台灣隨處可見的美食，但也正因此要深得人心才有他的困難。再多言語也比不上親臨品嘗。 7.招牌肉粥，還算大碗的份量，裡面加了幾塊鎮店之寶--燒肉，甜鹹適中的調味，加點胡椒點綴，雖說稱不上頂級肉粥，但卻戳重了許多離家背景出來打拼的男人的淚腺，懷念起這小時候常吃的味道，但也深知時光無法回頭了...... 8.魚蛋沙拉，稍較不推薦，雖說味道屬實不錯，不過那口感真的太乾，無法接受。 9.此次前來點的餐點不算太多，店內空中數至少也有一半，這代表客人數應該沒有很多吧？但這次卻碰上漏單忘記做的狀況，對一個必比登推薦的知名餐廳，這種低級的錯誤應該是要完全避免的，希望可以對出餐的SOP稍做改善。 10.總而言之，雖說此次品嘗過程沒有到十全十美，但憑良心話來說，貴店是間非常值得特意前往品嘗的店，簡單的一餐，卻能體會到台灣早期的餐點，無論是味道、裝潢等角度做切入，都是挺具代表性的。

Food here are nice.. Porridge tastes so good, the sausages and the roast pork are tasty, the soup are delicious.. Definitely will come again.. Weekend have to wait around 20 to 30 minutes as there is not much table serve in the restaurant. Food here deserve the wait.

Traditional Taiwanese delicacy with lovely price and taste! Roasted pork porridge is a must try, you can have amazing taste with around one US dollar. The roasted pork is really crispy, Taiwanese sausages taste amazing and all the little dishes are worth a try.
