今天喝了西達摩水洗，是口味偏酸的豆子，入口會覺得酸味很舒服，沒有一點的苦澀味，放到溫度涼一點可以嚐到微微的柑橘味；後來有多加點一杯肯亞AA...

希維德手沖單品咖啡真的很棒！店址在清水區鎮南街2‑1號，不難找 。

點了西達摩水洗，手沖技術穩定，萃得乾淨清亮。入口帶出明顯柑橘與花香，尾韻帶著淡淡蜜甜，整體層次分明卻不突兀。豆子是他們自家烘焙，品質可靠，喝起來真的跟外面不大一樣 ...
