Amore Pizzeria Napoletana — Restaurant in Taichung

Had their pizza today, ordered from UberEats. It's great, the dough is really nice and different. I never had something like this in Taiwan. Last time I had something similar was in Japan.

Note that the pizza size is small. From the picture I thought it's large but it's small, so if you are to order, make sure you order more 😘

Cost wise this should work out quite a bit more expensive than others, however I like it this way - for me it means they don't try to lower their quality to meet the price. Higher quality products usually cost more to make isn't it.

Chips/fries are great too.

I used to order from pizza rock but this is on a different level.

I definitely will order again. My new fav pizza store.

Very fresh, perfect crust. Chili oil is a nice touch. We had the carbonara pizza which had unexpected black pepper. Really great if you like a bit of spice. The bamboo shoot soup with chicken broth was deliciously light and flavorful. Karrage also very good. The animal napkin weights are a cute and friendly touch. A small pizzeria tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Great ambiance with very friendly and attentive staff. The pizza was great and the ingredients were very fresh. We had the margarita pizza which had an amazing fresh clean taste and the crust had a great crisp edge and chewy center.
