米家醬蟹&一隻雞 — Restaurant in Taichung

As a Medical Nutritionist and a Chef, I'm a big fan of raw food, in particular raw seafood, and the crab and the shrimp in this restaurant are definitely pretty good. What I have a big problem with is that they have a set meal for two but only give you one tiny set of veggies, a bowl of rice and a bowl of soup for one person. What is the thinking here? One person will eat the rice and the other person has the soup and they split the tiny servings of veggies together with the crab and the shrimp which costs around $1,000 per set? I'd like to see some improvements in the quantities - vegetables are so important in a balanced meal - and I think they deserve at least four...

就是騙沒吃過醬蟹的台灣人開的店啦大家小心 又貴又難吃好評都是花錢買跟洗出來的喔 錢都砸在一樓裝潢好好笑 坐在二樓吃感覺整個被騙感覺超差 二樓超昏暗灰灰暗暗藍藍的，錢都砸在一樓跟廣告上面了？？？？ 服務員阿姨也超怪，只是問了一句：辣醬跟醬油的口味可以一半一半嗎？ 結果換來的是他瘋狂地對我們重複：1799的拼盤已經是優惠了喔！！！這個已經是優惠給你們了！！已經是優惠了！！！比起單點這個是優惠了！！！，整個重複超多次，整個超激動聲音超尖銳，整個超問號？？？？ 整體就是超級不新鮮噁心到爆 味道超腥螃蟹根本沒什麼蟹黃，裡面的蟹膏也都是噁噁的味道然後膏體都不新鮮攪不開的那種 蝦子更腥，最容易有海鮮甜味的蝦子整個沒味道，頭的部分味道更噁 小鮑魚已經是裡面味道最不腥的，但超難嚼超韌，殼還都砂砂的吃得到沙子……. 醬油醃醬也不香就是死鹹而已完全沒加分，根本就是靠桌上付的香油勉強陪著吞下去 回家路上就是因為不新鮮整個肚子很不舒服 魚板湯跟小菜是好喝好吃的，但就覺得很好笑整體價格偏高我是來吃小菜跟湯的嗎？？？ 反正吃一次就好了永遠不會去第二次，我就看看這樣的品質能撐多久，就來看看哪天因為販售不新鮮海鮮...

Taste is okay but the crab is way too small that isn’t worthy for a NT 549 set. The decoration of the restaurant is simple and rough. I feel like I was eating in a diner instead of a “restaurant”. Well again, if u just wanna taste gejang. U can try, but not a place that I would recommend with high CP value or visit...
