頑者炙燒拉麵（台中市南屯區大墩店） 110.01.03 22:00 我與同事來到此地因為剛好現金跟卡都放在公司所以我們先詢問能否使用Line pay 灰衣服的回覆不行（以下稱之灰店員）灰店員建議我們可以使用熊貓外帶我朋友確認一次可以用熊貓外帶在這邊吃嗎？灰店員說對 110.01.03 22:30 灰店員熊貓外帶的需要餐具嗎？我回答好...等等我們在這邊用就好了啊！我立即問：請問可以坐在這邊用餐嗎？灰店員竟然回答我說不行我黑人問號中再問：不能借我們坐在這邊用餐嗎？黑店員立刻很憤怒地回答：你們是外帶，所以不能。（語氣中讓我感覺到我欠他幾百萬的感覺）此時此刻也非尖峰時段，店內還有許多空位，卻無法讓來店消費的客戶坐在座位上用餐，而且我全程態度都非常的謙卑，黑店員不知為何如此氣憤，我一臉茫然地離開。然後最後我發現，他餐具也沒有給我... 我只好買個全家的炸雞要筷子... 此次消費體驗非常的不舒服，可惜了大墩河南這附近的宵夜選擇少了一家。 110.01.04 1:10看到業者回覆後再次評論原來此業者除了態度差之外還滿嘴謊言，竟然說是客戶端不一樣？？？還可以編謊言說已經儘量幫您處理？？？到底哪裡有幫我處理，根本沒有面對我的問題如果不是只能打一顆星我連一顆都不想給！！餐點領取跟點與消費者是同一人無誤！！業者根本沒有任何反省的意思！！這種態度不可能再光顧，請要光顧的必須三思！因為萬一出了其他事情他們可能只會推拖！！而且完全不面對不讓客戶在店內用餐的事實，只會扯543！還說什麼各說各話，一個客戶沒事來評論你一顆星也不檢討自己是為何，消費者不會閒閒沒事來找你碴！！是因為你面對事情的態度太過惡劣，讓我們越看越氣！這種店家真的非常劣質！
