I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was so dissatisfied with the restaurant’s attitude yesterday that I felt compelled to write this.
Yesterday, I ordered a pizza for delivery and waited for over an hour, only to have my order canceled. It was my friend’s birthday, and we were waiting to enjoy the pizza together, but in the end, we couldn’t eat it. It was raining yesterday, and since the restaurant didn’t raise the delivery fee in advance, perhaps because the fee was too low, no one seemed willing to deliver our pizza. But does that justify canceling a customer’s order after making them wait for over an hour? If they were going to cancel, they should’ve done so quickly, or if they already accepted the order, shouldn’t the restaurant have taken responsibility, even if it meant paying more for delivery?
I think the restaurant should’ve delivered the food to the customer, even if they had to take a loss, as it was their fault for not adjusting the delivery fee in the first place. Don’t you agree?
I didn’t get to taste the food, but I feel like I already know how it would be. I don’t think I’ll ever order from this...

· the creamy white pasta looked aesthetic but unfortunately tasted disappointing (lacked flavor + sauce when we ordered extra noodles)
· i do like how they remade the pasta when we said theres not enough sauce...
· bread + pesto butter sauce was incredibly delicious (highly recommend this)
· oven baked pizza smelled fragrant + had a good amount of toppings
· its the perfect restaurant for small gathering or dates (interior was aesthetic)
