came in on a weekday afternoon, only two people eating nice ac on a super hot humid crazy Taiwan summer day decided on their signature ramen as always for first time comes with an extra refill of noodles, but its cooked already and served along with my bowl?? but then my noodle turned into statue when I try to eat it later rather salty chicken broth noodles are standard ramen noodles, nothing special can ask for more broth which helps with saltiness chicken thigh slice nothing stands out despite their super cool cooking method claims pork slices (still red) was a bit raw honestly, had to soak it in the hot soup to cook a bit. not good.

tldr: standard ramen restaurant, nothing stands out about it despite being in a good location. maybe will try other ramen but won't order the chicken...

Best ramen for me the price is also reasonable for its quality for 260nt each. My only concern are the cashier/waitress I hope the staffs should improve their humbleness towards Asian foreigners..

I don't know but every other week me and my husband (Pilipino) come and have our dinner or lunch but one time.. while we're still eating for the first time the waitress approach us and ask if we gonna pay cash or credit card it's first time to be ask while still eating of all customers we're the only one to be ask without thinking that we are at the middle of our meal. It's just a for me 🤔 insulting/disrespect I hope the crews could be more sensitive at their costumes no...

2024.06.16 限定拉麵 南洋咖哩海老拉麵(思巴🌶️西） 大盛/麵硬 + 揚出豆腐 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 湯頭咖哩味道十足微辣，蝦湯的部分被咖哩影響沒那麼重，但其實已經很不錯了，整體來說很喜歡很好喝，麵條硬度不錯，粗麵口感咬勁十足，配料部分有烤雞、炸雲吞跟炸蝦，烤雞微調味，有提味的香料味卻又不會蓋著烤雞的炙烤香，非常好吃；炸雲吞反而覺得普普，很像吃炸麵皮，這次限定比較可惜的部分；炸蝦很大塊且蝦肉多Q彈，有炸蝦的香氣又不會缺少蝦子的香味超讚。揚出豆腐的鰹魚露很香，吸附在麵衣上非常香，豆腐本身很軟嫩，口感很棒，超好吃。

2024.05.03 限定拉麵 魚介明太子沾麵/大盛/麵硬 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 對比定番沾麵來說，味道比較沒那麼濃郁，可能怕明太子的味道被蓋掉，但吃起來明太子存在感還是很薄弱，這樣變成沾麵不濃郁明太子沒什麼味道，蠻可惜的，而且原本沾醬有的筍乾跟碎肉塊也沒了。明太子蟹肉棒的部分，口感不錯，但沒什麼驚艷的地方蠻可惜的，整體來說這次限定覺得普普，吃完小難過。

2024.01.12 限定拉麵 鴨肉牡蠣清湯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 清湯很鮮甜，湯頭很好喝，把柚子味增醬拌開之後又有一定重的口味，整個變得超好喝，然後柚子味道不重，拌開後會吃不太出來的不重，但整體味道很好喝。麵條口感很棒，而且細麵會吸湯讚讚，鴨肉很好吃，很像在吃烤鴨鴨肉的部分，牡蠣是熟的沒有太重的鮮味而是吃牡蠣本身的味道，整體來說很喜歡，讚讚。

2023.09.03更 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 沾麵相比上次來吃時更濃更鹹，有回到日式沾麵的味道，另外角煮的燒烤味更濃郁了，也帶有烤肉醬甜甜的滋味。
