6/3下午開開心心到店內說我要購買一杯紅茶拿鐵加小珍珠，再來我有用載具習慣，我點完就詢問，那個我想要載具，然後呢店內有一位眼鏡仔就連看我都沒看我的直接回我：「已經印出來了」，這種態度請問是一個點餐人員的態度嗎？由於我過去也有做過服務業，我知道服務業會蠻常遇到奧客，但是請問你的態度是對的嗎？加一句不好意思都不會？況且還在我面前跟同事討拍說我的態度很差，還在我面前演示？以為我瞎了嗎？你覺得為什麼客人會對你態度差？你自己好好想想，一句不好意思的態度都不肯表示，真的覺得不要在服務業了，真心強烈建議此店的負責人要好好審視評估一下這位員工，今天不是說客人是上帝，只求互相的態度，要不是你那麼糟糕的態度我也不會對你那種態度，請貴店務必好好檢討此員工，不然我相信日後會有更多類似問題...

3/23 下午三點半左右 上班戴黑色口罩的男店員 請問你自己講話小聲 還怪我沒聽見 是想怎樣？甚至還跟我說你叫我三次了 請問你在叫你旁邊的人嗎 還是在跟自己說話？我坐在機車上 你講話連店中騎樓下在等候的客人都聽不到了 你怎麼看我聽的見？戴口罩要說話就請大聲一點 不是所有人聽力都跟你一樣好 而且我站在那邊 也是讓我多等了三分鐘才問我點什麼 在用手指一下桌上的飲料 跟我說是我的！態度可以再差一點沒關係！我全程也沒有表現出不開心 也沒有一直去催飲料...
