Extremely slow service. The first time I came, it took 25 minutes to get a cup of tea, which only needed hot water and a tea bag. The second time I waited almost half an hour for a cup of coffee, and I had to go to the counter to ask about my order before they started working on it. The ambiance is good, but the slow service is not worth it. It is also difficult to find seating...
