Chaliu Dongshan Branch — Restaurant in Taichung

Great yakiniku place here in Beitun area. There are many meal sets to choose from which come with different cut of meats, drinks, salad and desserts. There's also a pot of soup with tofu and salmon to cook and enjoy. The servers were very attentive and they replaced grates and plates when needed. Overall, an okay restaurant. It isn't bad. It is just okay yakiniku restaurant, esp. for its price. (We spent around $2400 ) There isn't a self-service area. (All drinks and rice are à la carte.)

*The two-person set menu includes a unnecessary big pot of miso soup, which I find it quite wasteful.

The only nice thing I can say about this restaurant is that the waitress helped us peel shrimps. 🦐🦐😊

沙拉是好吃的，我個人喜歡凱薩醬，但這也只是單純我個人的篇好 😂 我只要看到有凱薩醬可以點，我一定點凱薩醬；一開始會先上雞肉、鯖魚跟松坂豬，肉質很棒！但鯖魚真的不好烤，店員常常會來幫忙顧，給我們自己烤可能會直接爛掉 😂

第二輪就會送上叫貴的肉品跟主食，我是升級成烤飯糰，老媽是鮪魚烤飯糰，烤飯糰真的好好吃！鮪魚的會在濕潤一點，但個人覺得一般的烤飯糰就可以了！我本來滿期待牛舌，之前吃牛舌覺得那個脆脆的口感很讚，但他們真的是薄牛舌... 沒有很明顯的脆感，有點可惜~ 但其他肉的表現都很強，店員時不時會來幫你烤一下，真的有差欸！明明一樣的肉，店員烤真的比較好吃！我就問店員，你們烤肉也有教育訓練嗎？😂 結果真的有！

接下來還有海鮮跟蔬菜，干貝真的好好吃 小卷也很新鮮！脆感很棒 本來店員要線場表演剝蝦，但空間不夠，最後是烤完他們端到後場剝完才送回來，蝦肉也是很彈牙，烤山藥意外的超好吃！還有點脆脆的口感，另外他們的鮭魚味噌湯也是很強，味道濃淡剛好，可以加湯不能加料，但他們料也是滿滿！超多鮭魚跟豆腐丁！我很愛

最後就是甜點 他們雪花冰真的超級可愛！做成像是路地氷の怪物的造型！口味好像會因為季節變動，我們去的時候是花生口味，花生味真的超濃 好拍又好吃，我點的黑糖凍看起來很普，但也很好吃！他給的淋醬向是鮮奶油打成泡沫狀，所以吃起來層次比單純奶油球或鮮奶油好！

總結，他們雙人套餐感覺完全可三個人吃，但店家還是有低消規定，所以可以把低消的費用拿去單點喜歡的食材也不錯，不然真的吃不完，我們打包了不少東西回家

最後講個小破事，吃飯的時候我弟在碎念，說他覺得自己最近吃東西都沒什麼味道，很擔心自己中獎，我媽馬上關心說那線在吃的有味道嗎？我弟給我媽一個微笑說「好吃！」😂...
