Cheers Cafe — Restaurant in Taichung

I think previous reviews for this place might be untrue. The taste of food is okay. The price I paid for the food does not match its quality. The vegetarian curry rice only contained 3 florets of cauliflower and the rice came “cold and dry”. And they use “hamburger meat” in the curry for beef curry, which I found it odd. Also, I ordered ice cream as dessert and it came before my main course? Though the ice cream tasted good. I think the clerks did not prepare the food “with their hearts”. It is acceptable if they serve drink with the meal but ice cream before meal?! I seriously do not get it. And what’s more? They keep a dog in the kitchen, I am really concerned the hygiene of my food now. Perhaps this place is only good for “cinnamon rolls” not salad...

After living in Taichung for a year and a half, searching for a real American tasting burger and fries, I have finally find the one. Add a big plus they use organic hydroponic lettuce and fresh onions. They offer a very cozy atmosphere with tables inside and out, not to mention it is a pet friendly establishment.
