The restaurant is very beautiful. They took a lot of effort in creating a beautiful place. And the garden outside is wonderful, lavender, rosemary. Overall beautiful. But the food, sorry, not very good. My friend had a spicy beef red sauce pasta that was more Asian then Italian. I had the lasagna and it just wasn’t good. Flavors were not very strong and the quality and amount of mozzarella cheese was not good. My friend had a latte and said it was very good. I had a cappuccino, and it was more like a small latte. They have a great espresso machine. But the coffee, for me, was a little disappointing. The tiramisu is the best, I definitely recommend it, it’s a dry tiramisu, so it’s full of flavor and a little bit crunchy. And considering I don’t really like tiramisu I was very impressed with their dessert. But I would not return, I didn’t go for the beautiful restaurant with a beautiful garden, I went for Italian food. They don’t really have very good Italian food in my Opinion. But if you want a beautiful place to have lunch, take photos, it may be the...
Read moreLeft this place disappointed. I wouldn’t go as far as to say they aren’t serving Italian food but it clearly isn’t good Italian food. We ordered two pastas, one lasagne and one penne, and both were barely edible due to the broken sauce. Completely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve pasta with a broken emulsion. In the penne dish one bite all you get is dripping oil and the other bite is too salty from the other liquid that didn’t mix. It got to the point where we were just wiping off the sauce and eating the penne plain because we were hungry. The lasagne was even worse. The pasta itself was mired in oil and the meat in the lasagna was completely dry. Also if you’re going to bother putting in bay leaves, you shouldn’t leave it to the customers to take it out, especially after you baked them to the point where it’s disintegrated and you have to fish out small pieces. I guess the tiramisu is okay? But if the only thing that decent, you might as well just open a cafe or a...

Everyone from the host to our waitress was very friendly, professional, and courteous! Our daughter was very surprised by the lovely birthday dessert! She had the most wonderful birthday this year!
The only improvement that we can think of is the order of presentation and dining etiquette. It would be better if all the appetizers to be served at the same time, and then all the entrée (main courses) to be served at the same time, so that the diners can toast before enjoying their meals together.
Thank you for the delightful treats! We highly recommend Bacitali, and have made another...
