Frini Café — Restaurant in Taichung

After months trying to find a time to come this coffee shop, today I could make a pleasant visit. The environment is really cozy with an unique design.

FOOD: I ordered: 1)Fruit Waffle - it was amazing. A big portion, 4 huge pieces and crunchy. It comes with Guava, Strawberry, Banana and Apple as well as honey and chantilly. (The owner said the portion can be big for local people, but for me it was a perfect size) 2) Canelé: The size is bigger than the average. Hot, crunchy when you bite and fluffy inside. So unique. It comes with some nuts. 3) Mocha Coffee: Good flavour and with a beautiful art decoration.

MENU: They have many options of coffee and tea. They offer some desserts (The owner suggestion was their cheesecake) and, as savory, they will introduce pizza in the menu next month. They also have English Version.

SERVICE: I came today on a Monday Afternoon. It was only the owner working, but he could cope well, since there were no much customers. I guess in the weekend might have some other staffs. The owner has also introduced me the menu, could speak in English. The service was 100%.

PRICE: 450/ 一位.

Plus: The coffee shop is perfect for studying or working.

Have been to this café twice. The first time it was so great to have a hub for chatting with friends. Then the second visit was about a year ago when I was renovating my apartment. The shopkeeper was quite friendly and enthusiastic in meeting the customers. Great to discover a new place in Taichung. Hope to make my third visit if I can visit...

這是一對夫妻經營的複合式咖啡廳，一進店內看到好多吊掛的乾燥花，真是讓我少女心噴發~ 這次和我莫 @momo19911224 來到一間咖啡廳體驗做不凋花的課程~ 第一次做不凋花，從來沒做過花藝的我竟然也是蠻上手的老師真的很會教 前置作業做完後就可以準備插花了原本以為上課一定是要靜下心專心插花結果老師說隨興插就好了因為花的姿態本來就是自然隨興的，太過刻意反而就不自然了 一邊做老師也會邊看，也會告訴我哪裡可以做微調會更好。 三兩下的功夫~我的盆花就完成了💕

邊做邊跟老師閒聊才知道他本身是新秘，因為興趣的關係開始接觸花藝，這次的課程也是由她教授前面咖啡吧檯那位是他先先生負責經營咖啡廳的部分。 . 這真的是我最嚮往的夫妻生活兩邊都是為自己喜歡的事業努力，可以一起工作，卻也都做著自己喜歡的事，聊著聊著闆娘也順便帶我和莫參觀了這邊的環境😆 . 做完盆花後肚子也餓了餐點已經在等我拉 餐點部分我們點了: ❤焦糖烤布蕾 我們三個都超愛吃的哈誰能抵擋烤布蕾的魅力呢布蕾部分不會太甜焦糖烤的很香脆 . ❤手工蛋糕-起司乳酪 扎實的乳酪蛋糕真的深得我心還好他們不是乳酪控這個我一人獨享拉 . ❤莓果奶酪 酸甜的莓果加上奶酪真的太好吃了，忍不住快把整個都吃完~莫也超愛的 . ❤抹茶鬆餅 用小山園抹茶粉和老闆自製的麵糊放進鬆餅機烤，抹茶吃起來有點微苦鬆餅的口感非常鬆軟，搭配抹茶冰淇淋和紅豆泥真的太幸福了 . 飲品部份我們點了: 💛抹茶歐蕾 $130 💛烤焦糖瑪奇朵 $125 💛水果森林紅茶 $125

這邊的空間真的很大，除了一樓的咖啡廳之外，B1和2樓都是攝影工作室。 有在做出租或是妝髮攝影包套，看到琳瑯滿目的婚紗和棚的造景真的是跪了，這些都是他們夫妻共同努力的心血。 除了是咖啡廳之外，還有乾燥花不凋花的課程，還有妝髮造型跟場地租借，真的很適合和閨蜜好友待上一個下午喝咖啡聊聊天...
