Overall it's a decent pizza spot, but I'm a little confused by what they're trying to do.

The good: Pizza is really crunchy. Like almost eating a pizza cracker. Tomato sauce is real. Like the type you get in Italy.

The bad. Pizza is too crunchy. No chewiness to the dough. Tomato sauce is too sour. Needs some sugar to be more "American". Not enough salt in the pepperoni.

It's like they're trying to be new York style pizza but with good ingredients.... However, It doesn't work like that. New York style pizza is supposed to be greasy and salty...
