46E64 6/30 Hi, I would like to follow up regarding my recent order. I ordered a poke bowl with wasabi mayo dressing, but the sauce was completely missing. I thoroughly checked and mixed the bowl, but there was definitely no dressing included.

The sauce is not just a minor detail, it’s a crucial part of the overall flavor and experience of a poke bowl. Without it, the dish is bland and incomplete, and certainly not what I paid for.

I find this very disappointing, and I believe a full refund is appropriate in this case. Hereby I attached the proof. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope this issue can be resolved...
