KFC — Restaurant in Taichung

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. The staff were extremely rude and visibly irritated when I approached the counter for assistance. As a foreigner, it felt like I was being treated with impatience and indifference, which made the whole visit uncomfortable.

Basic amenities like cutlery and sauces weren't provided unless specifically requested, which is unacceptable in a fast-food restaurant. It felt like the staff were doing the bare minimum and had no interest in providing a decent customer experience.

To top it off, I ordered pieces of chicken, expecting a variety, but every single piece was white meat. It showed a lack of care and consideration for customer preference, especially when dark meat is often preferred for its flavor and juiciness.

Overall, I felt unwelcome and let down. KFC really needs to work on staff training and...
