非常舒服的咖啡廳，空間、擺設、服務態度都非常棒。如果喜歡自己安靜的朋友，可以走上二樓用餐，整個空間令人心曠神怡。（我這裡的照片都是二樓的，景觀不錯，大家可以參考一下） 值得一提的是，這間店的服務態度非常好。我們獨自自二樓用餐、讀書時，店家讓我們直接帶了一整壺水上去，還主動上樓幫我們開窗、冷氣及電風扇，同時也不過度打擾，讓人覺得用心。 相較之下，中部很多星巴克雖然比較大、漂亮，但是悠閒感不如這間路易莎要來的的。非常推薦文青們來這裡享受一番。

前一兩個禮拜去，聽到資深店員（還是老闆跟老闆娘？總之是一個戴眼鏡的男性和一位綁馬尾的女性）在大聲責罵另一個員工，而且還不只一次，還會組織其他員工一起在櫃檯說那位員工的壞話，聲音大到讓所有人聽見到底是...？？？？

教育員工的家務事可以私下進行嗎？咖啡館就是圖個氣氛跟放鬆，沒有很想一直接收這些負面情緒。我不認識那位被罵的店員，但我當天沒感覺到她有多差，倒是覺得自己比較優秀的那些資深店員沒在顧慮客人的感受，把自家八卦拿出來講，非常影響下次再去的意願

補充：看了其他人的評論，這樣公開在店裡罵人、講八卦給客人聽的狀況似乎也不是第一次了，如果想要安靜放鬆的環境是...
