I'm not sure what happened in this restaurant... In pass 2 years, this restaurant is the main reason that why I come to Taichung. It was been the best chicken in my list. Today (2019/07/13) , I went to Taichung again for Korea fried chicken with my friends....
【Food】 Fired chicken== The black sauce (not spicy )of fried chicken was tasted with some weird smell, it seems like that the cook add too much traditional Chinese medicine (?).Also the sauce should be viscous, not watery. I must say that fried chicken still tasted great. But black sauce destroyed it...By the way, they cancel the "Rice cake" from fried chicken. That's disappointed.
The noodles == We ordered one "zha Jiang noodles" and one ""cheese , rice cake, spicy noddles" Due to these two noodles are instant noodles, so it tasted still great and No different.
Drink=== Coke Cola. No different. But I'm glad they used glass. Not iron aluminum can with plastic straw.
【service】 I understand there has 10% gratuity should pay for service. But I don't get any service which values for this 10% gratuity. When we came into the restaurant, there only 2 clerks and both of they are busy for other customer. So we picks the table by ourselves. Then the clerk took the menu for us without any introduction of food. When we ordered food, I think the clerk should repeat the item and make sure the food is correct. Not we finished ordering, then she went back table with a ticket(which will be sent into kitchen for cook) and checked it again with us....
I must say the above description of service is OK for me. But I don't think it deserve for the 10% gratuity. Also I think the 10% gratuity should belong to clerk, not the restaurant owner.
【Environment】 1F is clean and the air-condition is great.
【Price】 It's Ok for this price, but I can't accept the black sauce was change.

「招牌起司辣炒年糕麵」$148 必點這款起司辣炒年糕麵❤️辣度非常過癮!店家所有麵食麵體皆採用泡麵,泡在湯汁中的麵條口感一點也不軟爛,圓形的年糕非常Q彈有嚼勁,另外可以選擇要不要加蛋,但這時期應該沒人會選擇不要吧🤣 辣炒年糕麵本來就很香辣好吃,再放上起司片後更多了股濃郁奶香,趁熱將起司和泡麵拌勻,麵條牽絲的口感超讚,這種吃法太邪惡!光用看的就食慾大開,分為凡人的我哪經得起這般誘惑٩(♡ε♡ )۶
「起司炸醬麵」$138 不敢吃辣的朋友比較推薦炸醬麵,別看整碗濃郁黑乎乎的以為會很鹹,結果完全不會~韓國炸醬麵是比較偏甜口的醬汁,第一次嘗試以泡麵為基底的韓式炸醬麵感覺非常特別!個人覺得搭配起司這樣鹹度反而剛剛好ദ്ദി˶ー̀֊ー́ )✧
「泡菜起司薯條」$248 雖然分類再點心但其實上桌份量蠻多的,比較適合分食! 現炸薯條口感鬆鬆脆脆不會太油膩,單吃就非常好吃,墊底的薯條上方鋪滿的泡菜、德腸片還有起司,最後淋上甜甜的美乃滋便大功告成,酸辣泡菜畫龍點睛的提味效果,香濃起司的牽絲口感更是讓人停不下來,會忍不住一根接著一根😍
「首爾日出」活動優惠價 $120 (原價 $380) 特調燒酒的酒感偏低,喝完整桶也不會monkey🐒 『首爾日出』是酸梅 / 柳橙汁 / 檸檬 / 蜜桃李燒酒的組合,跳脫以往喝燒酒像在灌酒精的感覺,喝起來酸酸甜甜蠻順口的,配韓式炸雞非常解膩😋
「少女時代」活動優惠價 $120 (原價 $380) 粉嫩嫩的燒酒是妹都會喜歡吧( ¤̴̶̷̤́ ‧̫̮ ¤̴̶̷̤̀ ) 『少女時代』的組合是葡萄汁 / 梅子 / 檸檬 / 蜜桃烏龍氣泡飲 / 蜜桃李燒酒,同樣酒感偏低,但個人覺得不夠酸口感會再偏甜些許。

「黑粉炸雞超值餐」$899 (黑粉炸雞、泡菜起司薯條、起司炸醬麵、$60飲料⨉4) 新品『黑粉炸雞』外觀超吸睛,現在不用跑韓國也吃的到啦~ 季節限定黑粉炸雞套餐有三種set:獨享餐 $299 / 雙人餐 $599 / 超值餐 $899,不同於半半系列使用的是雞腿製作🍗肉量更多吃起來也更過癮! 黑色麵衣是調和食用級竹炭粉,炸雞的靈魂莫過於酥脆外皮,除了裹上黑色麵衣外殼看起來大支外,這款炸雞真的有夠脆;而店家特製的粉紅淋醬則是草莓、火龍果、牛奶等食材製成,天然成色的酸甜醬汁和炸雞十分對味,淋醬畫面視覺效果超驚豔!一澆下整個食慾就上來,酸香的草莓味會讓人吮指回味ლ(´ڡ`ლ) 不過因為淋醬本身有鹹度,所以炸雞醃料配方下手就沒有那麼重,吃炸雞不沾醬的人就不推薦這道品項,個人覺得黑炸雞和粉紅醬一定要搭配在一起,互相襯托才有火花,兩者缺一不可💕🖤

「招牌起司辣炒年糕麵」$158 不辣不歡必點這款!炒泡麵真的是怎麼吃都吃不膩٩(♡ε♡ )۶ 醬汁香濃辣度偏高吃起來相當過癮🌶️湯圓形狀的年糕非常Q彈有嚼勁,再放上奶香奶香的起司片簡直邪惡到不行~不過因為辣炒年糕泡麵本身就有調味,再加上起司也有鹹度,吃起來會覺得口味重些,個人建議分食會比較好~不然獨享隔天應該會水腫到不行🤣
「泡菜起司薯條」$248 薯條小小口很適合邊聊邊吃,墊底的薯條上方鋪滿泡菜、德腸片還有大量起司,起司搭配鹹香酥脆的薯條本就非常好吃,熱熱吃還會有濃郁牽絲口感,多了酸酸的泡菜更有畫龍點睛的效果,份量蠻多的適合點來大家一起分食!
「炸醬年糕」$198 炸醬好像不用錢一樣份量給的超霸氣!讓不敢吃辣炒年糕的朋友,可以有另外一種選擇,整碗看起來黑不溜丟好像鹹到要洗腎,其實不然~ 黑乎乎的炸醬味道偏甘口,裡頭藏著韓國年糕、魚板和水煮蛋,年糕口感Q彈不軟爛,要趁熱趕緊吃不然放冷會變硬!食材本身都沒有額外再調味,搭配濃郁的炸醬入口後整體風味挺剛好😋
「江南小姐」$380 吃酥脆的韓式炸雞,當然要配上冰涼的酒飲~ 調酒桶是養樂多 / 柳橙 / 雪碧 / 檸檬 / 真露燒酒的組合,酸酸甜甜的非常解膩,而且酒精濃度不高,喝完也不會變monkey🐒非常適合聚餐小酌個幾杯。

Read moreI was really looking forward to trying this restaurant because I had heard good things about the food. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. We waited quite a while before even being acknowledged, and when we finally were, the attitude felt rushed and unfriendly.☹️
It’s disappointing because the food was actually decent, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the staff really overshadowed the whole experience. Hospitality is just as important as the menu, and unfortunately, this place missed the mark.😔
I hope management takes the time to improve staff training—this place could be great with the right...
