The highlight of our recent Taiwan trip (Taichung & Taipei)! Stanley is a true coffee connoisseur, from beans, roast, brew to customer experience. This cafe offers premium black coffee with the availability of complex flavour profiles that we don’t commonly find. Mainly brewed via the syphon method, which seems to be the commonplace in Taiwanese cafes.
We returned for a second time during our 4D3N stay in Taichung and find the space bringing old and new friends together, bonding over experiences. The owner also shared about their passions over mountain climbing and owls (you will find many cute figurines available for purchase as well). Avid climbers themselves, they shared much advice when we shared our plans to hike the Daken trail the next day.
We left the space with lovely conversations, new connections formed, fantastic coffee & not forgetting some coffee beans and natural stone figurines. Will definitely return when we come back to Taichung!

This quaint shop sells a nice array of specialty coffee for appreciation. So slow down that city pace and inhale all that aroma and enjoy that lingering aftertaste of coffee on a lazy afternoon.
The owner is very friendly and is an avid trekker. Menu is printed at the back of the pictures he took on his trips. The shop has cold brew, freshly made hot ones, drip coffee to make at home and beans! Definitely a place to come for...
