It was our second time to order from Starbucks in the HSR station. And both times they messed up our orders. The most recent one was worst. After more than 15 mins of waiting I asked if our order was ready, the female staff bluntly said NO and made us wait for a long time until I complained again about our order only to find out that it was not prepared.
