Been there a few times with a group of 10 or more. Place has good food and good location but the service is always very slow. Food was fresh and tasted really good. They had beer and drinks that they allowed us to take with us since we couldn't finish. Overall, a good place for a group dinner but pack some patience as you will be waiting.

2022/12/26 平日用餐 他們3：00休息 我們1：40詢問還可以用餐嗎 前台說要候位半小時以上 或許想要我們說那先不用 但我們就是喜歡瓦城，想吃才會選你們啊 （當時裡面其實也才三四組客人） 後來來問我候位資料的服務員 她說我們最後點餐到2：00 用餐時間到3：00 如果候位下去會超過時間ok嗎 什麼意思是叫我吃快一點嗎？ 還是要叫我去別家吃呢？ 當然因為我們想吃所以我就跟她說我們吃完就離開了 真的等了20幾分鐘才入座 入座後我們也快速點餐不拖延 上菜等了一陣子，服務人員端菜上來的時候還有點用力，真的不是挑毛病的那種…你完全可以感受到那種吃完快滾的感覺😊 上菜的速度也不快，月亮蝦餅還有點焦 一切都很像在趕時間…但卻又很拖延… 後來我們吃得速度很快～還想再加飯，服務鈴按了半天沒人要來！沒人要來耶？！最後是直接向有對到眼的服務人員舉手告知想要加飯…然後給我們的感覺是…蛤！還要加飯喔…還好後來飯來的時候有說請慢用…真的是吃瓦城最不開心的一次呢😊 重點不太想接我們就算了 我們吃到快3：00的時候來了一組客人，他們竟然馬上接進來？態度也滿熱情的～ 所以我們是比較衰？ 服務業很辛苦我們都知道，但我們今天也不是2：50進來用餐啊…

Of all the Thai Town restaurants I've been to in Taiwan (including Kaohsiung & Toufen) this was the worst service I got. I don't know if it was because of the color of my skin but nobody paid attention to me to offer me a table (the cashier had to leave her spot to take me to a table). I had to get up from my chair to the counter to place my order. Even when I was done and needed a doggy bag, I had to get up from my seat to go to...

Food is good but the table service or rather trying to get in to eat is horrendous. We had a slightly larger group at 7 and they couldn't shuffle the tables around to accommodate us. At least 10x groups of 4x or less skipped the queue and got it we'll before us. If I have to wait 1.45 hours just for a seat then it's not worth it. Staff were not very communicative as well.
