湯包是手工的手工的手工的很重要所以要說三遍但湯包價格在路邊早餐店來說也是頂天的，個人對於手工湯包是有點偏執的，湯包的皮非一般的薄度會稍厚一些個人覺得還蠻有口感的，內餡有加薑但這次終於只是調味用沒有搶了肉餡的味道，再次強調薑就是調和味道用他不是主角⋯⋯這是湯包不是薑包店家用心的調味讓湯包的整體味道對於我來是十分平衡如果硬要挑一個缺點…湯有點少啊有點不滿足，雖說如此在食用上依然要小心建議還是搭配湯匙服用才不會燙到，既然湯包都自己包了蛋餅皮也是自家做的口感不同於粉漿蛋餅較硬一點但也不到機器餅皮的乾癟介於兩者之間在個人還能接受的範圍中，煎餃在宵夜場吃的時候非現煎是將預包裝的煎餃再加熱口感頗特殊相信如果剛好遇到剛起鍋的煎餃味道應該也是不錯。

鹹豆漿本身不會加香油，沒有加榨菜或菜脯，用的是炸過的蝦米，味道比較香，另外好像有加紅蔥頭還是蒜酥的樣子。口味上不會太酸或鹹，可是完全不會凝固 內用環境乾淨

半夜點了蛋餅來吃，一種怪味道令我想吐，不知道是蛋餅的問題還是她們煎台的問題，有種體位的味道，蛋餅吃了一半就直接倒掉，因為太噁心了。

當時是另外一個姐姐做煎台的工作，平時在做的另一個姐姐(比較沒有問題的，應該是老闆娘。)則是做櫃檯的工作，無論如此，讓我有卻...

雷!蛋餅皮像是大張的粿條皮，而且像沒煎很久，涼的，白白的附著著超薄蛋皮，蠻驚人的。飯糰的油條還軟軟油耗味的!豆漿味道跟其他店不一樣，說不出哪裡怪。迫不得已，無法下...
