Owned by Michelin star restaurant chain, but sadly not Michelin star, Food was pretty decent, and was glad to taste the authenticity of Thailand. All their products looked fresh and delicious 🤤. Cooked at the right tempo but it still lacks a bit of the real authentic pad Thai flavor. I was with Thai friends and they said it still lacks the texture of Thai spices. But certain dishes like their tamarind sauces, coconut ice cream and the pork pad Thai was good, the chicken pad Thai was too dry specially the Chicken and also a bit hard to eat it as it did not have any flavor. I know some dishes have been made for the Taiwanese pallet but if ur going to mention ur Michelin status then you have to give at least 80% of the experience. I would not recommend to get the chicken wings as it was not up to the standard, very much dry and very plain with no spices at all, and I don’t know why they call it as their signature dish ????
