BELLINI Pasta Pasta 台南南紡店 — Restaurant in Tainan

Unfortunately, yesterday I did not have a positive experience in this restaurant and I am very angry about the situation that occurred. I wanted to order a pasta, but I am allergic to mushrooms. I asked the waitress if a dish could be made without mushrooms. She indicated that this would not be a problem. When the dish was served, the mushrooms were on top of the dish. I then informed the waitress that I could not eat this and unfortunately had to send the dish back. Then I got a "new" plate. However, I took a bite and immediately had a mushroom in my mouth. I can assume that I did not receive a "new" plate, but that the top mushrooms had been removed. I'm glad I didn't swallow this and the damage was limited, but I have serious doubts about the honesty and professionalism within this chain. Fortunately, I did receive some ice water and ice cubes, but I am very dissatisfied with the overall treatment and the fact that an allergy is not taken seriously. We have been going here for over 3 years, BUT tonight was a big disappointment. The menu changed; although we get more choices they are not what we like and more expensive. Doesnt include bread or dessert anymore. Also, we ordered something we liked before, but found it tasteless. The manager suggested we try a sauce with it and charged us for it 20NT! Seriously???! The pizza, pasta and especially lasagna flavors are not original taste. Eggplant and potato are included in lasagna :-((

There is only 1 dessert when u choose a set menu for 3 people !

And finally, the espresso cup is used for the tea with small pieces of fruits inside, very inconvenient...
