⭐ 1星 | 令人遺憾的用餐經驗,期望店家能正視衛生與服務態度的根本問題
這次在台南南紡夢時代的 b.b.q 炸雞店用餐,原本是我們一家為母親祝壽的家庭聚餐,是一年中非常重要的一天。結果卻因為現場的衛生狀況與負責人態度,讓整場氣氛徹底變質。
我們在用餐期間大蒼蠅直接飛上炸雞,隨後又飛到杯子上。這畫面讓我們當場感到極度噁心,立刻在結帳時向現場主任反應。沒想到對方既沒有表達歉意,也毫無處理的積極態度,只是冷冷說了一句:「好,我知道了,我們是公共區域,會有蒼蠅是不能避免的。」
這樣的回答令人無法接受。身為餐飲業者,應該清楚蒼蠅對食品衛生的風險。蒼蠅不會憑空出現,會進入用餐區、落在餐點上,顯示出防蟲措施不足、餐廳環境控管有缺失,可能存在清潔死角或出餐區裸露等問題。這不是一句「公共空間」就能合理化的事。
真正讓人難過的,是這位主任從頭到尾毫無誠意,直到我高齡母親情緒激動,他才試圖補救說可以幫我們「重炸一份」,但這早已不是一份炸雞的問題,而是對待顧客反應的基本態度。
我們誠懇建議 b.b.q 台南南紡店:
加強店內防蟲與清潔措施,確保用餐環境衛生安全。
訓練員工與主管正確回應顧客投訴,誠意與態度是服務的基本。
正視食安問題,避免以話術推卸責任,這將影響品牌信任。
這次原本溫馨的祝壽聚餐,最後留下的是失望與遺憾。我們希望店家能真正反省,而非只是事後補一份食物來了事。
⭐ 1 Star | A Disappointing Dining Experience — Hygiene & Service Attitude Need Urgent Attention
We recently visited b.b.q Chicken at Tainan Nanfang Dream Mall for a special family dinner to celebrate my mother’s birthday — one of the most important days of the year for us. Sadly, this meaningful gathering was deeply marred by poor hygiene and an unprofessional response from the staff.
During our meal, a large fly flew directly onto our fried chicken, then landed on a cup shortly after. The sight was extremely disgusting, and we immediately reported it to the floor supervisor while checking out.
To our shock, there was no apology or any sign of concern. The supervisor simply said, “Okay, I know. This is a public space, and flies are unavoidable.” Such a response was dismissive and completely unacceptable.
As a food establishment, claiming that "flies are unavoidable" is a clear attempt to shift blame rather than take responsibility. Flies don’t appear out of nowhere — if one can land directly on customers’ food, it indicates inadequate pest control, environmental hygiene issues, and possible lapses in cleanliness or food handling procedures.
Even more upsetting was the lack of sincerity or effort to make things right. Only when my elderly mother became visibly emotional did the staff reluctantly offer to re-fry the chicken. But by then, it was no longer about the food — it was about the attitude and lack of respect shown.
We sincerely urge b.b.q Tainan Nanfang to:
Improve pest control and maintain a hygienic dining environment at all times.
Train staff and supervisors to respond properly and respectfully to customer concerns.
Stop using "public space" as an excuse — food safety is a core responsibility, not an optional standard.
