The brand is a famous banquet host and owns many restaurants in the city. This fine restaurant locates beside the big street across to the night market. Just like the previous reviewer said, I don't know how they got such good ratings on here. Coming from a native Cantonese, born and raised in Hong Kong, I can attest that this is not authentic dim sum. They may look the same but the taste says it all. We came here because our favorite dim sum place was not opened on the day we were in town. This was an option and we did not know what to expect. The atmosphere was nice and the whole place was fancy but for sure you pay for the environment instead of the food....

This restaurant has great food, great service, and the Peking duck is the best. They make it in three different ways and the meat was flavorful. We had the duck in fresh bamboo soup, stir fried, and of course the most famous carved and wrapped in little tortilla with green onions and sauce and thin sliced yellow peaches. Highly recommend it!
