Read more剛好有老朋友從新竹過來,還沒來得及翻開口袋清單之際,腦海那條新增的感知記憶線便BB作響,提醒我上次那盤「回味三週」的黑松露野菇燉飯的香氣...立時狂吞口水,四個人歡暢聚餐的影像也立現了~
加上餐廳的氣氛溫馨、座位舒適,很適合我們女生們聚舊展開馬拉松式聊天的戲碼,拌著柔柔的音樂,結果昨晚聊到彷彿被捲進黑洞漩窩,完全忘記時間這回事。
話還是不要扯到太遠,寫食評這回事得實實在在的進行!
我們點了浪漫威尼斯墨魚麵、奶油鮭魚鮮蔬燉飯、黑松露野菇燉飯雙份(實在太好吃,不得不推薦朋友也點),全部升級含餐湯、飲料、甜點的套餐,才1200元!非常划算!!!當然划不划算要看性價比,價值才是指標,而不單是價格。
身兼主廚的老闆曾經長期擔任義大利餐廳的主廚,經驗、火喉十足,退休後便經營家庭餐館造福街坊朋友,相對而言,價格實在是良心價沒錯。
義大利麵烹煮不好的話,口感會綿爛,調味流於表面,而且醬汁的厚薄控力是決定醬汁能不能均勻附著,太厚會導致太膩搶去麵條本身的小麥香氣。而《食味三千》的義大利麵,麵身保留Q彈口感,能夠吃出均勻的蒜香和鮮味總匯,配合適量的香料和起司碎,散發的香氣是有層次又持續地攻佔味蕾,刺激腦神經,讓人一整個會懷念的那種...肯定不是那種麵燙一燙再加個醬去拌一拌的便宜快餐。
料理份量充足用料實在不小氣看照片一秒便懂,無須多說!煮海鮮的時間和火喉控制很關鍵,差個幾秒,火控不好,海鮮便會乾硬,鮮味流失,魚肉散開,纖維會變柴。而《食味三千》的鮭魚真的沒有讓我們失望,肉質仍包含著豐富的原汁,魚肉不散不柴,吃得一口接一口的。墨魚圈口感剛剛好,肉厚鮮甜、嫰而不硬。綜合海鮮也無可挑剔,雖然義大利麵人人會煮,但要好吃,一定是吃師傅的手藝,我一直不愛義大利麵,直至在意大利吃過好吃的才徹底改觀,老實說,在台灣我沒有吃過一家義大利麵質感像《食味三千》那麼優的,所以才決心動筆寫食評作為對老闆用心製作高CP值料理的回饋!
為免篇幅過長,其他也長話短說好了。黑松露野菇燉飯我們每次來也必點,為什麼會「回味三週」?吃過便知道~矜貴的黑松露份量絕不欺場,跟野菇簡直就是天生一對,綜合香料、起司碎,齒口留香、久久不散就這樣發生了,一點也不誇張!我朋友吃完也讚不絕口,我們下次再去還要再點!實在是太回味了!
另外,湯品也很用心,濃湯綿滑,味道豐富,不是單調的死鹹或調味,建議不要大口大口一直喝,可以喝一口停一下,感受那份老師傅的手藝,懂得吃的人會吃得出不同來~
焦糖布丁和奶酪這兩款甜點也是自家製的,當天看到不少布丁粉絲一直來買!其中有個老闆說是超級布丁粉絲,一天最少來一兩趟,還試過一天三次呢!(殊~這是人家的小秘密㊙️,不過我覺得很可愛!很符合家庭料理的溫度❤️)
最後想補充一下,不要以為餐點份量很小,我們四個人也吃到很撐,連天生有兩個胃的我也很滿足。不要用台式廉價料理的尺去作量度,因為西餐很著重視覺美感和擺盤,食物大概佔盤子的1/3左右,不會超過一半,不會像台式廉價料理那樣,盤子小小,堆疊滿滿的。(利申:我也喜歡吃台式廉價料理和不同的料理,這裡所指的是「拿對的尺去作量度」,我曾經遇過有人用「吃台式壽司的尺」去批評「日式壽司」份量小,結果卻成為笑柄)
