Go in line and let them know how many people in your party. A table of 4 and below gets a smaller table. Anything above 4, will get a big table. We had a party do 5 and got a table for 6.

Ordered our soup base and they’ll ask what drink you want. We chose their watermelon. They refill as your cup gets low. Then you order your food on the iPad. Food will come within 10 minutes. Don’t be by if you have any requests. They’re very helpful.

Their sauce bar was very clean and always being wiped and organized.

Food: all delicious. Cannot go wrong with anything here. Ask them if you don’t know the food item as it can be foreign.

Staffs: very very attentive. You won’t need to worry if you can or can’t flag them down.

What an experience we had at Haidilao! The show was very entertaining and engaging with the changing faced dancer even sending us a little gift afterwards and taking pictures with us. The food was awesome and the staff were helpful and kind to us beyond belief! 涂晶雲 our server even went as far to take a picture and print it for us with a small cute note. Really had a fun experience at Hidilao The service is super effective and fun - it’s really a show! The food was nice - we ate a lot for around 1000 ntw per person (+ the appetizers, rice, and ice cream are unlimited) So overall a fun evening, looks super kid friendly as well.
