Ciao Bella — Restaurant in Tainan

Tiny place with some tables, which can fit around 20 people only. Distance between tables is relatively closed. The TV plays pop music of 1970-80. I am quite happy to hear some music during my childhood.

The chief is an Italian, who is open and lovely welcome every visitor. His food can satisfy my picky tongue of taste. You can refer the photos. I feel seafood may be the favourite at this restaurant because many dishes is about that. But i love more on 千層麵. One thing needs to be mentioned is there are pets in the restaurant. Visited twice. Really nice and authentic Italian food. Excellent service; it seems like someone's first floor transformed into a restaurant, so it has a warm, homemade taste. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Really clean. Best lasagna in all Tainan, and I've lived here...

昨晚因為家庭聚餐第一次光臨這間餐廳，先說東西真的好吃值得推薦，畢竟是義大利老闆純正的義式料理。但是，真的就是這個‘但是’讓我必須給出一顆星的評價… 老闆娘從頭到尾的服務態度都讓人不敢恭維，臉很臭講話也不怎麼客氣，人手不足造成過於繁忙，表情管理不那麼好也尚是可以理解的，但是今天的用餐體驗在最後急轉直下… 此餐廳有列出「假日每人用餐低消300元」，我不是很確定，因為我沒有注意到某個桌角上有寫「不能合併」之類的話語，這樣的規定也算合理，所以算是我們的疏失，但是我不能明白的點是：

店員在我們已經用餐完吃到甜點的時候，才突然來告知我們低消不足，前面等餐的時間其實很長，難道就不能早一點讓我們知道狀況，並且讓我們把品項做適時調整嗎？！

我們八個人用餐，以低消來算至少要消費$2400，而我們當時已經點到$3200，因為我們在不清楚低消的情況下，即使是已超過$300的主餐，我們都升級套餐，不僅如此，我們還單點了好幾項接近$300的食物(對，因為他們只是$280、$260而沒有超過300)，所以我們居然在已超過低消快$1000的情況下，被要求應該再點3樣皆超過$300的餐(還不能隨便點東西湊到900就好喔…)？！而且我們都已經在甜點吃超飽的情況下才被告知… 真的當我們是盤子？！

在我們重新索取菜單要看加點，並且幾次對老闆娘說不好意思我們不清楚他們的低消規則時，老闆娘還是一直得理不饒人，甚至說出「啊別人都知道，我們規則就是這樣」，表情就只差沒有翻我們白眼而已…

最後闆娘就是在一種草草了事的情況下叫我們不用再多點餐了(感謝闆娘)，但是我們真的就是不歡而散，闆娘一副不爽樣，我們這頓飯也吃的不開心了…...
