We chose this restaurant due to the many positive reviews within a walking distance to the hotel that we were staying at, and also not many other choices around. The food wasn't in big portions as expected, but definitely very good and tasty, which was only the positive experience. It wasn't completely full of people and the owner seemed pretty friendly at first offering some suggestions while the staff waited on tables. However, we had to ask someone just to get water after waiting for 10 minutes. We ordered about 7 dishes, then the food slowly arrived and we waited and waited, and about 1.5-hr later, decided to leave only to be told the last dish of only 3 beef pieces is coming out since they didn't want to cancel it. The owner was disinterested towards us since we were non-locals while he stopped by and talked to other tables. Icing on the cake was an automatic, non-negotiable 10% service fee added to the check.
