The service people is ok. Price could have been lowered, but still acceptable, probably the best snowed snow ice we ate, maybe their equipment is top-notch that's why it is pricey. What I didn't like is, you should place 1 order per person. Since there were 2 of us, I need to order another one which gave me a heftier total sum. I know they would like to avoid the small place getting crowded. But since we were just tourist, planning to just eat and go maybe for around 10-15 mins, it's kindda unreasonable for me to suggest this to tourists like us who would just drop-by. Sorry for the picture, got poor lighting.

Ice flavor pretty good, but not the best (not too sweet, but kind of bland). The presentation is really good. But as others have said the shop has a strict rule where each person needs to order something (except if you sit outside as we were told after ordering..??). Should drop the rules.

I love this place. The ice cream is soooo good. Especially the mango 280 nt one. Id suggest you go in a group or in a pair to finish that dish though. Its pretty big.

I love this place. The ice cream is soooo good. Especially the mango 280 nt one. Id suggest you go in a group or in a pair to finish that dish though. Its pretty big.

Came here with my kids. We were so excited to visit this cute dessert shop but the workers were rude and the 1 order per person rule is kind of ridiculous. Especially when little kids can’t finish a huge shaved ice.

There is no wi-fi available and when I asked they gave me an attitude. Just not a good vibe. I would not recommend, because there are plenty of good dessert shops in this city with...

Worst service ever! The only delicious thing here is strawberry snow ice, the rest is so so. The staffs have a really bad attitude and the provided knife is full of dust and dirt ( i don't know if they have washed it or not) so we asked them to just cut the toast for us cause it came in one piece so we can share together however they refused us and said "just...
