Read more位於五妃街上,近永福路,斗大的紅底白字招牌下,有著熱絡的人潮, 一位來自台東的年輕老闆,因為家中經營著早餐點(壹加壹速食店 / 一加一手做蛋餅),來到台南生活後,也順道將這份美味分享給大家; 店面承租兩棟樓房的一樓,兩側有著室內用餐空間,並於騎樓下也設置餐桌椅,而在點餐區的空間裡,後方有著廚房,裏頭的大廚正位每位客人製作餐點,於門口處設置一自助區,擺放著醬料、菜單、餐具等,在選好座位後,畫單點餐,然後排隊付款,人潮很多,要有等一下的心理準備!
菜單資訊規劃清晰,共分九大類,除了招牌手工蛋餅,還有著全麥口袋、炸物、蔥抓餅、厚片吐司、煎物、薄片土司、幸福堡飽、飲品等項目,可搭配的組合非常多元,也讓我很是傷腦筋,因為每一項看起來都很好吃的樣子orz
手工蛋餅 - 起司 餅皮使用小麥麵粉製作成麵糊,然後依序堆疊蛋液及配料,份量多,但在視覺上比較扁; 微焦金黃的蛋餅,有著濃郁半融的起士夾在當中,餅皮附有韌性,柔嫩有嚼味,香鹹的起士,增添了豐富的口感,確實令人驚豔店家的用心;
手工蛋餅 - 打拋豬 人氣口味的蛋餅之一,裡頭著有細碎的肉末,搭配番茄丁、九層塔、辣椒末,醬汁香鹹,散發淡淡的酸氣,咀嚼中的嘴裡帶有九層塔香味,同時夾雜著溫和的酸辣口感,加上嚼味十足的柔嫩蛋餅,味道特別卻也選配得宜!
飲料 - 阿杰炒奶 所謂的炒奶,炒的是紅糖,然後加入奶精製成的茶飲,外觀偏紅,似泰奶,香氣重,但味道僅是微甜,且不膩口,飲料絕大部分有著冷、熱,大、小杯可選; 另外,針對炒奶的部分,店內人員告知,如果介意奶製品的天然性,建議點鮮奶紅茶,使用鮮奶搭配紅糖,價差5元!
店內風格別具巧思,擺放的古件利用逗趣的方式呈現,搭配著粗曠的木質部餐桌,以及細膩懷舊的塑膠椅子,還有許多隨興的各類造型餐桌椅搭配,當中的設計風格,展現了主人的創意; 不過,人手不足,等待點餐時間較長不說,當下環境比較髒亂,沒人收的碗盤,被人堆疊起來,醬料蓋子如使用後遇到沒有公德心的客人,容易造成小蚊子的圍繞,如果你是客人,你會怎麼想? 除此之外,店內人員服務積極,遇到疑問總是細心回答,如遇客人要求清潔並收拾餐桌,也展現高速的效率,正負想比還是有許多可取之處,慢慢的磨練,相信往後會更好!
