Our order is $1180. The people will come to you asking what you’d want to order. The food was brought to us instead of being made in front of us. This spot seems to be the prep spot so no cooking was done.
Food overall - veggies will come out first. Add for seasoning if you need any. The food is just okay. Not overcooked/undercooked. Needs more flavor. They do give you pepper on the side. Portion isn’t too big so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind. Food doesn’t come out within 5 minutes of each other. We got our squid 15 min after we finished the rest of the food.
Sanitation - sat on #1/#2 - it is disgusting sitting next to a spot that wasn’t cleaned/wiped down. Hair + dead bug + rice.. You don’t use the space but looking at it made me loose...

坐下之後,還沒點餐,白飯跟湯就會上,先上來放涼的?
點好餐端上來的,竟也不是(青菜)高麗菜跟豆芽菜,是雙人套餐中其中一份主食。 這份主食都快吃完了青菜才上來。
青菜的份量也少得可憐,炒菜師傅同時處理內用跟外帶,途中師傅發現外帶紙餐盒裡的菜量不夠,還從其中幾盤裝好內用的青菜再分出一點給外帶紙餐盒。
好不容易青菜端上來了,豆芽菜全都炒得黑黑的,很明顯就是過熟。無論是高麗菜還是豆芽菜,都有一股說不上來的臭水溝味。
用餐中途不停的看見鐵板燒焦,師傅們就是一直鏟鏟鏟,把燒焦的東西刮起來,再用超級黑的抹布擦,再對折、再擦。
明明是雙人套餐,端上來的牛肉塊少到以為是我家小寵物犬的晚餐份量,因此兩人很客氣地分著主食吃。
服務生除了帶位進來什麼也不想幹,完全不說明紅茶、飯、湯,是否能續;自己看了看才知道有些東西可以自己裝。
海鮮【椒鹽鮮魚】,大概是冷凍巴沙魚? 疑似沒有料理的夠熟,看見了透明帶點粉的肉色,但不是很確定是否有問題。 又一直看服務生在遠方忙碌,師傅也很忙碌,就作罷沒去說,沒想到用餐中途友人肚子已開始絞痛,結束後兩人都腹絞痛,在百貨公司拉了至少2~3次肚子。 (順帶一提:兩人當天除了早餐到摩斯漢堡店內用過早餐之外,沒再吃過別的東西)
【鳳尾鮮蝦】小小的2尾,肉質軟爛。
完全不知道菜單中:關於海鮮的命名「鮮」在哪裡?
另還有泡在醬油裡的煎豆腐,完全沒入味。
白飯就是煮的很軟爛的放到冷的飯, 湯就是很隨意的放到冷的海帶湯。

這種價位,外面絕對有更好的選擇,不明白給予好評的都是真心話?還是評價寫手?
若把這套雙人套餐,放進外帶紙餐盒裡;拆成2人份,一份也要365元。
撇除那神奇的烹調手法,這樣的菜色、真的,不會太過份嗎?
