球來運轉 「紅球臺南」首站風神廟吸引民眾朝聖!黃偉哲:想紅就來看紅球 CITY BEING 樂活城市新聞 記者古沛淇 蘇隆盛 台南報導

討論度超高的「紅球臺南」今（29）日正式開跑!紅球首站來到位於臺南中西區的風神廟接官亭，距離臺南知名市區景點以及眾多美食街區走路即可抵達，吸引民眾爭相排隊朝聖，要與紅球一同拍照留念。黃偉哲也來到風神廟參與盛事，邀請民眾一起前來臺南與紅球互動，跟著紅球的腳步，共同遊歷臺南各個角落！

黃偉哲表示，紅球計畫在萬眾矚目之下終於來到臺南，這也是紅球計畫在臺灣造訪的第二個城市。紅球計畫的特性就是非常的親民，讓紅球座落在民眾日常會經過的重要空間，讓路過的民眾可以撫摸、擁抱紅球，而在臺南，紅球與臺南的日常街景、文化古蹟以及宮廟宗教場所結合，更鄰近眾多臺南有名的美食區，與常民生活互相輝映碰撞，特別有意義。

黃偉哲除了邀請民眾追尋紅球足跡、好好賞玩臺南外，本人更是把握機會，與紅球以及紅球計畫藝術家Kurt Perschke等人合影留念，Kurt Perschke特別贈送給黃偉哲一幅親自繪製的畫，表達了他初次來臺南勘景時的印象，並在上面留言感謝南市府在紅球計畫規劃來臺南期間給予的支持。

文化局長謝仕淵表示，包含紅球首站的風神廟前接官亭和接下來各個展出地點，不論是國定古蹟或市定古蹟，全都經過文資主管機關現勘與同意後決定，且為愛惜文化資產，藝術家與工作團隊也都針對不同展出建物精算壓力，不僅不對古蹟增加額外應力，甚至連熱脹冷縮與現場實地狀況也都詳盡考慮。歡迎大家來追逐巨大紅球的同時，也仔細欣賞臺南古蹟的精妙與美麗。

This is a historical Wind Temple under protected by the Tainan city government! The Temple was built during Chin dynasty and was located at the coast line at the time. It was damaged by an earthquake quite few years ago. I just got to see it today after the restoration. I was disappointed to see the results. It seems that the historical site did not get the respect...
