I love a good Brunch place… this is not it. Their food was not very good and was about 20-30% high priced than anything I’ve been to around here. I had the chicken with roasted veggies. The chicken was juicy and tender as this dish was supposed to be but the flavoring was weak.

Read more今天中午臨時決定要來貴店用餐,一進去一位「短髮戴眼鏡的女生」先問:請問有訂位嗎?我們說沒有,他就說那現場候位要等半小時到一小時左右,如果有位子會提早打電話,於是我留了候位資料就站在門口等,後來陸續有人進去要用餐,聽到其他客人說要等一個小時以上,有的人離開有的人也選擇站在門口等,因為中午太陽超級大,大家都汗流浹背,等了半小時也看到有客人吃完離開,我們進去問可以入座了嗎?那個女生直接說:剛剛說要等一個小時喔!如果不想等不勉強!(讓人覺得態度頗差)但想說沒關係再等半小時,中間也有其他客人詢問大概還要多久,一樣是被那位店員直接說不想等不勉強喔!這些就算了!直到聽到一個女生去二樓借廁所下來說:我看到二樓都是空的耶,我姊覺得奇怪又進去問,那女生竟然先問請問有訂位嗎?(哈囉我們站在門口那麼久,你也一直有跟我們對到眼,這麼快就忘記我們是候位的嗎?)他一樣又說不想等不勉強,我姊就指了一下他們的監視器畫面(那台電腦就放在櫃檯,客人也可以直接看到畫面裡的二樓很多空位)這時候剛好一位看起來資深的員工走過來,她一看到馬上跟那個短髮的女生說:你都沒有在注意嗎?然後碎唸了一下,那個女生馬上讓我們入座!外面候位的客人看到也馬上進來問,短髮女生也是先問他們有沒有訂位(到底???你們的玻璃超級透明,誰都看得到外面一直站著哪些人==短髮員工一直有看外面卻還一直問重複的問題,後來還推說什麼候位系統壞掉!但根本沒有幾組候位(我有在記),然後就讓他們入座了,我想說的是:那位短髮女生一小時就「趕走」了超多組客人,主要是他的態度!不笑就算了,遇到沒有訂位的客人都一律說不想等不勉強,根本就是變相在趕客人!真的離開了好多組客人,而且有空位卻要大家候位! 我以前也做過餐飲業,她這種帶位方式不是沒經驗就是故意不想接客人== 因為我很喜歡好在的餐點跟氣氛,一直有去吃,也都會推薦朋友去吃,但今天這位員工實在是讓我一肚子氣!!!希望貴店可...
