鄉村客家粄條的客家湯圓非常好吃！ 老闆夫妻很親切讓我好像在竹東的家鄉啊！ 湯頭是正統客家湯頭有炒香菇和蝦米， 海陸客家人還要來認證「香油」（油蔥）～ 也是出公差吃到的店，跑去好幾次， 都沒記店名（因為都記位置。很好找。）.

老闆夫妻因為年長了， 有時會休息， 好像他們也常會放暑假， 但只要老闆夫妻可以快樂健康放暑假， 之後再繼續健康快樂為大家服務， 我們可以等的！

只是因在台北難得能喝到這麼道地的湯頭， 所以現在才發現我都顧著吃竟都沒拍照⋯

還有它客家粄條⋯ 看其他客人吃， 感覺是正宗新埔客家粄條那種⋯ 在來米漿製⋯有點粉粉口感的⋯客家粄條！ (在台北， 吃過不少邊會捲起來很Q完全非粄條的東西)

非常感動， 希望下次客家湯圓和客家粄條都能吃到， 也敬...

那天去青年公園散步，發現有一家客家到青年公園運動，發現附近有板條專賣店，決定晚餐這裡解決。炒板條相當Q彈入味，好好吃，板條用煮湯的一樣很Q，湯頭鮮甜。

鄉村客家板條客家麵單價已經微幅調漲約$5-10元，營業時間週一至週六10:30-14:00下午16:30-20:30；星期日公休；炒板條配料豐富有香菇、豆芽、肉絲，鹹度適中、口味道地，可惜稍稍軟爛了些，不過非常適合牙口不好的銀髮族，客家湯圓湯上灑滿新鮮的蔥，湯內湯圓多達16顆之外，香菇、肉絲配料蠻多的，相當實在！

開車的朋友車子可以停放於青年高爾夫練習場或青年公園高爾夫地下停車場，平日路邊停...
