館內設施雖然不奢華，卻充滿溫度與用心。感統區、積木區、繪本閱讀區與角色扮演區等空間設計都貼近孩子的發展需求，讓他們在安全的環境中自由探索、盡情玩耍。同時，這些空間也鼓勵父母與孩子一起互動，而不只是「放孩子去玩」。

The facilities may not be luxurious, but they are filled with warmth and intentional design. Areas like the sensory zone, building blocks, picture book library, and role-play corners are tailored to children’s developmental needs. They offer a safe space for kids to explore freely, while also inviting parents to join in the play—transforming playtime into shared time.

我特別喜歡他們的親子活動設計，例如「親子共讀」、「音樂律動課」和「玩中學」等課程，都不是單向式的教學，而是引導家長參與的互動學習，讓我們能夠用孩子的語言和節奏一起成長。在這些時光中，我學會了如何放下手機、放慢腳步，真正看見孩子的需要與情緒。

What I especially appreciate are their parent-child programs, such as shared reading, music and movement classes, and learning-through-play sessions. These are not one-way lessons, but interactive experiences where parents are guided to participate. Through them, I’ve learned to put down my phone, slow down, and truly see my child’s needs and emotions.

Not the biggest of all kiddy places but enough for a 3-6 year to run around and experiment with some idea-forming toys. I would definitely bring our 4-year-old and let him lose here for a couple of hours, once or twice.

Don't think that this is the type of place where you can hangout with your kids for long as there aren't any food nor drinks available in...

在網路搜尋抓週才知道信誼也有這個活動 幾年前曾帶大寶去玩過覺得印象良好 所以二寶的抓週我毫不考慮就報名參加了

報名時我收費標準、規範都看得很仔細才報名 到了現場，卻被告知大寶不能進去 大寶得知妹妹的抓週她只能孤零零在外面當場大哭 我當下先問年紀稍大的工作人員，網站上都有寫嗎？ 她只回答45年來都是這樣子的 我當下只好先去安撫大寶 我還覺得自己是不是報名時沒看清楚感到抱歉 但我又拿手機看了一次報名頁面 完全沒有寫6歲以上不能進入

親子館6歲以上不能玩我知道 但我今天是來抓週活動的 而且你們也沒開放讓孩子們去溜滑梯玩設施 報名頁面只寫陪同幼兒一位+$125 卻直接在孩子面前說她不能進去！ 試問，全家人進去抓週放一個小孩在外面這樣合理嗎？？ 如果不是我發現根本是你們報名頁面沒寫清楚 我們這麼重要的一天就被毀了！

老實說也已經毀了 大寶從進去到結束全程都在哭！！！ 她感覺自己是不受歡迎進入的人 完全沒有辦法開心參與這個活動！ 她原本充滿期待的要幫妹妹慶祝 結果因為你們沒有寫清楚、事前也沒有確認 讓整個活動充滿尷尬

那位只會重複說45年以來都是這樣的阿姨消失不見 留下一位年輕馬尾小姐面對我們的不悅

很謝謝這位小姐積極的幫我們處理並解決問題 也承認的確是你們沒有寫清楚的疏失
