this is truly a hidden gem. their bakery always come out fresh and delicious. dont miss the white bread, its a must in our family. i also love how they offer many different varieties. many to choose from. the owners take pride into making these fantastic breads. and the premium ingredients they use. we always order cakes from them for any special occasions among friends and family. the cafe attached to the bakery serves delicious ready to eat food. its such a popular spot, we dont mind to wait for a table or just get it to-go, its worth the wait. service is always attentive and friendly. just love this friendly neighbothood spot. if you are in the area, just follow the aroma that leads you to Viva bakery. you will be a fan just...

I grew up in the area and always liked their bakeries. This is my first time eating in the cafe with my mom and I am very disappointed. Everyone works there seemed unhappy and they treated the customers with bad attitudes. Food is overpriced. You can find better sandwiches and hamburgers from most breakfast stands in Taipei. Service is very poor. Actually no service at all. I would not recommend the cafe to...

✩整體評鑑✩ ：『非凡烘焙餐坊』其超值的早午餐(價位約在120~180元)餐點的份量及內餡皆厚實飽滿，套餐所附「美式咖啡」風味及口感勝過許多知名咖啡連鎖店，其整體性價比超越台北的早午餐料理，就其「早午餐」及英式「白吐司」的性價比，我給『非凡烘焙餐坊』超越五顆星的卓越評價，列入『我的推薦』等級。 說起『非凡烘焙餐坊』在民生社區的知名度，可說是「人盡皆知」！左邊的是以「麵包糕點」為主的『非凡精緻蛋糕』，而右邊則為「非凡早餐」，兩者合稱為『非凡烘焙餐坊』。這家店每天早餐時段皆是「人滿為患」，假日更是一位難求，其招牌英式「白吐司」在民生社區早就名聞遐邇，據了解其「白吐司」專門提供給「五星級飯店」早餐料理使用。其「白吐司」無論是口感與嚼勁，這二十幾年(1990 年3月)來一直維持著卓越的品質，不過其價格也從半條四十元漲到六十元，但是比起別家店的「白吐司」來說，其優異的「性價比」仍然是無可取代。 除了「白吐司」在口碑相傳下，打開這家店的知名度之外，『非凡烘焙餐坊』後來就在買下隔壁店面，推出異國早餐料理(例如：[義式帕里尼]、[美式漢堡]、[總匯三明治]、[班尼迪克蛋]等..)，也就是現今流行「早午餐」。在自有店面的優勢下，其早午餐可說是物美價廉，菜單基本價位大約在120~180元不等(印象中沒有超過200元的價格)。例如：一份單點的帕里尼加上一壺美式咖啡總價只要120元，而且「帕里尼」內餡非常厚實飽滿「美式咖啡」風味及口感勝過許多知名咖啡連鎖店，其整體性價比超越台北的早午餐料理，由於採取半自助式，所以免收服務費。 不過受限於店內空間，加上座位不多，用餐期間稍嫌吵雜些，只適合單純來吃早餐，並不適合親友聚餐聊天。就其「早午餐」及英式「白吐司」的性價比，我給『非凡烘焙餐坊』超越五顆星的卓越評價，列入『我的推薦』等級。
